Deliveries and Returns

 Deliveries 

UAE:

Orders above 200 AED will get free postage, orders below will be charged 10 AED.

Ordered placed before 1pm between Monday to Saturday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after these times will be processed the next day working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Saturday will be processed on Monday.

Cash on delivery is available, only in GCC.

 

GCC:

 Orders above 350 AED will get free postage, orders below will be charged 35 AED.

Delivery to Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Oman will take around 2-4 business days.

Cash on delivery is available, only in GCC.

 

 

International:

Deliveries to UK/EU/US are estimated to take around 5-10 business days.

 

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
